The Institute on Race & Poverty extended it's recent analysis of mortgage lending and foreclosure patterns in the Twin Cities ("Communities in Crisis) to examine access to credit in segregated neighborhoods in the Twin Cities as well as the Seattle, Washington, and Portland, Oregon regions. Research examined how local, state, and federal policy is influencing the location of prime and subprime lenders and what can be done to ensure equal access to good credit across these regions.
