Expanding Educational Opportunity Through School and Housing Choice
Segregated schools harm children, communities, and the metropolitan region. Segregated schools intensify the region's segregated residential patterns, concentrating poverty and magnifying its harms. This isolates the most disadvantaged children from educational and economic opportunity.
